TMEC Continues Supply of NGL Condensing Equipment in the US

Thermal & Mechanical Equipment Company (TMEC)and Niagara Blower Company have announced a new contract award for a Wet Surface Air Cooler (WSAC) to be used for natural gas liquids (NGL) cooling in a fractionation facility on the Texas Gulf Coast. These WSAC evaporative coolers were chosen for their ability to provide the lowest possible condensing and outlet temperatures without the use of mechanical refrigeration in the fractioning process.  TMEC and Niagara have partnered to provide three (3) WSAC units to this facility over the past five (5) years, with an additional unit currently undergoing startup, and the next phase currently in production in Niagara’s facility in Buffalo, New York, for shipment in 2012
